What you will do

• Define and drive the vision for the stateful user code execution service.
• Partner with serverless platform teams to build and integrate the service.
• Own the roadmap and execution, ensuring high-quality and on-schedule deliverables.
• Define team best practices for engineering excellence, including design reviews and performance optimizations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across the stack to align technical strategy with company growth objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of technical leadership.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience designing, building, and operating scalable SaaS platforms.
• Expertise in distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong system-level skills, specifically with containers and Kubernetes (K8S).
• Strong ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams.
