What you will do

• Lead and scale an AI-first Data & AI Support Engineering organization.
• Build AI-enabled support workflows, reusable automations, and agentic AI systems to accelerate troubleshooting.
• Manage Technical Solutions Engineers and Team Leads across AMER support functions based in Dallas.
• Own operational KPIs including customer satisfaction, backlog health, and resolution efficiency.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for Spark Core, SQL, Streaming, and Delta Lake.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to drive product improvements and resolve customer-reported defects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in designing and supporting large-scale Data & AI applications.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, and Apache Spark.
• Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and agentic AI systems.
• Strong expertise in JVM-based distributed systems performance tuning (memory, GC, heap analysis).
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Proven experience managing globally distributed technical teams and handling high-severity escalations.
