Salary: $134,000 – $248,000

What you will do

• Design and implement AI strategy for Corporate Finance to drive business value.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of AI professionals to deliver excellence at scale.
• Oversee the development of Generative AI solutions, including LLMs and RAG, ensuring high code quality and performance.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
• Champion best practices in AI/ML, data curation, and scalable solution delivery.
• Manage complex risks and resource allocation for cross-functional delivery teams.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in AI solution delivery or technology execution within finance or fintech.
• Strong proficiency in Python and agile software development methodologies.
• Experience with AWS, cloud technologies, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, RAG) and their practical business applications.
• Executive presence with exceptional communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of finance-related processes, accounting systems, and regulatory landscapes.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent senior leadership training.
• 10+ years of experience in development or AI/ML solution delivery.
• Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development Methodologies.
• Experience with RPA tools like Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
