UX Engineer (React)

What you will do

• Own and evolve the design system as a product, including components, patterns, and usage standards.
• Build and maintain reusable UI primitives and interaction patterns that scale across product teams.
• Manage frontend UX technical debt and resolve quality gaps and inconsistencies.
• Conduct coded prototypes for complex, data-dense, and AI-enabled workflows using synthetic or mock data.
• Improve motion, responsive behavior, mobile experiences, usability, accessibility, and visual quality.
• Partner with Design, Product, and Engineering to validate feasibility, resolve ambiguity, and contribute production-quality frontend code.

Requirements

• Advanced frontend engineering expertise with React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Storybook.
• Experience shipping production-quality user interfaces.
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries at scale.
• High design fluency with strong attention to interaction detail, usability, accessibility, and visual quality.
• Experience working in AI-enabled development environments or using AI-assisted tools.
