What you will do

• Deliver high-quality front-end experiences by bridging the gap between design concepts and production code.
• Rapidly prototype interactive concepts, focusing on emerging UX patterns and AI-ready design languages.
• Support and scale design systems while contributing to robust information architecture.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and design leadership to define long-term product strategy.
• Mentor design engineers and influence cross-team technical and design decisions.
• Ensure accessibility and visual consistency across all shipped features and animations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in front-end engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Fluency with modern front-end technologies including React, CSS, HTML, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Experience working directly in codebases and with AI-powered design and development workflows.
• Must be comfortable with a hybrid working model, including regular presence in the San Francisco office.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI and agentic user experiences.
• Background in building products for developer tools.
• Knowledge of WCAG compliance and accessibility best practices.
