Compensation: $160,200 – $425,000/year

What you will do

• Define the technical strategy for the web UI platform, balancing long-term architecture with immediate execution.
• Lead large-scale cross-team initiatives and migrations without disrupting active product development.
• Establish frontend standards, patterns, and paved paths to reduce cognitive load across engineering teams.
• Produce architecture proposals and build alignment across product, design, and engineering leadership.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and pairing to raise the technical bar.
• Represent platform priorities to leadership to secure necessary support and resources.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 9–11+ years of experience in software engineering depending on educational background.
• Proven experience maintaining and delivering production software in languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, or Python.
• Deep knowledge of React internals and server-side rendering.
• Strong command of web platform fundamentals, accessibility standards, and browser APIs.
• Experience leading cross-team frontend migrations and building shared component libraries.
