What you will do

• Deliver high-quality front-end experiences, adapting quickly to new technologies and emerging UX patterns.
• Rapidly prototype interactive concepts and AI-ready design languages to test ideas and learn.
• Support and scale design systems while contributing to robust information architecture and open source initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate design system components for product consistency.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and brand alignment across all flows, assets, and animations.
• Define product defaults and developer experiences to optimize the final solution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in front-end engineering, development, or design (or equivalent degree + experience).
• Fluency with React, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools like Figma.
• Experience working directly in codebases and using AI-powered design and development tools.
• Comfort with a hybrid working model, including regular presence in the San Francisco office.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI and agentic experiences.
• Experience building products specifically for developer tools.
• Proven track record with WCAG compliance and implementing accessibility best practices.
