Implementation Specialist (LegalTech)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States; onsite role. Requires 5–10% travel depending on client and project requirements. Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 USD annually, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead new client implementations, contract changes, and internal or special projects.
• Create customized project plans covering remote or onsite training, consulting, data migration, workflows, and processes.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate project delivery from initiation through successful completion.
• Handle incoming project requests and collaborate with internal teams across hirify.global.
• Lead projects and influence stakeholders without direct reporting relationships.
• Learn and apply hirify.global’s proprietary services, processes, and technology.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience or certification in project management or project coordination.
• 1–2 years of experience leading customer remote or onsite training programs.
• 1–2 years of information technology experience.
• Experience with legal services or litigation support.
• 1–2 years of experience or certification related to Relativity.
• 1–2 years of experience or certification related to eDiscovery collection, processing, or review technology.
