Implementation Specialist II (Fintech)

Location: Remote, USA

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually, plus eligibility for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.

What you will do

• Implement hirify.global-proposed software solutions and configurations across assigned client projects.
• Manage up to five small projects simultaneously, support upgrades of up to 1,000 hours, and assist with larger complex projects.
• Customize base software applications and enter customer-specific data based on project documentation.
• Test systems before delivery and during implementation to ensure product quality.
• Document implementation status, defects, resolution approaches, and escalation needs for project managers, clients, and internal management.
• Collaborate with project teams and other specialists to resolve implementation issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or Engineering plus two years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED plus six years of experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Windows-based operating systems, and networks.
• Experience implementing or supporting software solutions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Nice to have

• Two years of experience in banking and/or payment processing.
• Treasury Management experience.
• ECM Workflow experience.
• OnBase implementation or workflow experience.
