Implementation Specialist I (Payment Processing)

Location: Must be able to work from a hirify.global hub location in Atlanta, GA; Lenexa, KS; or Minneapolis, MN.

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 annually, plus eligibility for commission or an annual performance incentive plan.

What you will do

• Implement hirify.global-proposed solutions and configurations for assigned client projects.
• Manage up to five small projects of 100 hours or less simultaneously and assist with larger projects requiring multiple resources.
• Customize base software applications and enter customer-specific data according to project documentation.
• Test solution operation, modify configurations, monitor output, and validate project estimates.
• Prepare implementation status reports and provide project management updates on activities, duration, and effort.
• Document defects and resolution approaches while collaborating with team members to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, mathematics, computer science, business, or engineering, or a high school diploma/GED with four years of experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with Windows-based operating systems and networks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• One year of experience in banking, payment processing, or treasury management.
