Career Services Advisor (Healthcare Education)

Location: Work from home; home office available outside the office area. US-based context indicated by federal and state compliance requirements and US employee benefits.

Compensation: $20–$22 USD per hour, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Coach students and graduates on job searches, interviews, workplace expectations, and resume best practices.
• Manage a graduate population and support employment placements in allied healthcare.
• Match graduates with employer positions and facilitate interviews.
• Contact healthcare hiring managers and develop long-term employer relationships.
• Source opportunities through cold calling, email, social media, and a lead management tool.
• Maintain accurate placement records and meet department metrics for calls, interviews, hires, and placements.

Requirements

• Associate degree.
• Fluent, professional verbal and written English.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a high-pressure, results-driven call center environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Skype, Microsoft Teams, and similar business tools.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed and remain seated at a computer for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• More than one year of sales, staffing, logistics, career services, or business development experience.
• Cold-calling experience in a production-driven environment.
• Experience with Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or a similar CRM.
