Educational Support Specialist (Education)

Location: Philippines; fully remote

What you will do

• Conduct intakes with families and students, coordinate instructors, and provide academic support and customer service.
• Manage student and teacher schedules, staff tutoring sessions, and support virtual tutoring operations.
• Track academic progress and help deliver programs and initiatives for students and school district partners.
• Provide administrative support to regional operations, including answering phones, managing business data, and creating schedules.
• Conduct conferences with program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
• Build trusted relationships with students, families, teachers, employees, and business partners while supporting effective conflict resolution.

Requirements

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of progressive career growth.
• Experience working in virtual operations and team environments.
• Strong time management, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and manage remote teachers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications, plus effective communication by phone, video, and other media.
