Senior Technical Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid work from the Irvine, California office with participation in onsite team sessions

Annual pay range: $107,200–$150,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the execution and roadmap for native applications built on Snowflake and Databricks.
• Own the Jira backlog and translate business objectives into epics, user stories, and technical requirements.
• Manage strategic roadmaps and align engineering capabilities with cross-functional priorities.
• Drive product delivery from discovery through production rollout, defining outcomes and tracking release progress.
• Lead production implementation of intelligent document processing using Google Document AI and Gemini.
• Champion agentic development and AI-native software development lifecycle practices while partnering with engineering teams to guide and validate agent-generated code.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or equivalent Technical Lead, Software Engineer, or Data Lead experience performing product management responsibilities.
• Practical understanding of Snowflake, Databricks, and relational database concepts including SQL.
• Experience managing Jira backlogs, sprint cycles, and roadmap delivery in Agile or Lean engineering environments.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional relationships and communicate technical decisions to business stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from the Irvine, California office and attend onsite team sessions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Document AI, Gemini, LLMs, or agentic development frameworks.
• Python or scripting experience, Jenkins CI/CD environments, or enterprise data engineering experience.
• Familiarity with BMAD methodology or AI-assisted software development lifecycles.
• Background in real estate data, property technology, or fintech data.
