Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, United Kingdom only

Salary: £90,000–£105,000 per year plus stock options

What you will do

• Own product direction across the full data path, from retailer data imports to reports and business outcomes.
• Manage imports, planograms, store metadata, cut-off configuration, and retailer-specific data flows.
• Own metrics, reporting APIs, insight-generating agents, and customer-facing dashboards.
• Conduct discovery with retailers and store colleagues and translate findings into products.
• Ship products, measure adoption, and adjust priorities based on usage and impact.
• Automate product work with AI and share effective tools with the product team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of technically deep products involving integrations, data, or both.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, system boundaries, analytics, and BI tools.
• Hands-on SQL skills and the ability to investigate data independently.
• Experience building configurable products for user hierarchies with different needs, such as store managers, regional directors, and heads of supply chain.
• End-to-end roadmap ownership, enterprise customer experience, and the ability to influence engineering and commercial partners.
• Comfort working remotely across a distributed team and willingness to travel occasionally for store and customer visits.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-volume, noisy sensor or computer-vision data.
• Experience with change data capture into a cloud warehouse, ideally Snowflake.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features and deciding when a model is ready for production.
