Salary: $35,000 – $65,000 OTE

What you will do

• Source and hire top talent for GTM teams, with a focus on Post-Sales (Customer Success, Global Services & Support).
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from initial sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to implement best-in-class talent acquisition strategies and priorities.
• Screen candidates and facilitate debrief sessions to identify top talent.
• Monitor recruiting effectiveness using data analysis and dashboard reporting to optimize pipeline flow.
• Mentor recruiting peers and contribute to the broader talent acquisition strategic planning.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Austin, Texas
• 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with a track record of utilizing recruiting metrics for problem-solving.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple competing demands.

Nice to have

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Experience recruiting candidates within the SaaS or Cloud industry.
