Senior Client Account Manager, Large Customer Sales (CPG)

Location: New York City, NY; hybrid role

Base salary: $135,100–$189,200 USD per year, plus equity and commission eligibility

What you will do

• Collaborate with Client Partners to achieve and exceed clients’ marketing goals.
• Manage relationships with agencies and Fortune 500 advertising clients in the CPG vertical.
• Lead campaign launches, optimize performance, and oversee revenue delivery and troubleshooting.
• Educate brands and media agencies on Reddit’s advertising value proposition and best practices.
• Develop media plans for awareness and direct-response objectives, working with Client Partners.
• Partner with Ad Ops and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve technical issues, represent client needs, improve processes, and shape the native ads product roadmap.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
• Understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
• Knowledge of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
• Strong external relationship-building, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment with strong attention to detail; Excel proficiency is preferred.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
