Configuration Consultant (SaaS)

What you will do

• Translate client guidelines and business standards into equations and rules for SaaS platform configuration.
• Lead client meetings, gather feedback, answer technical questions, and support program effectiveness.
• Execute configuration processes from initial onboarding through ongoing program maintenance.
• Partner with workstream leaders and project participants to develop implementation plans.
• Track deliverables and go-live dates throughout implementation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Configuration Analyst or in a similar role, and/or a related bachelor’s degree.
• Programming or scripting experience with Python, Bash, JSON, C#, or similar technologies.
• Mandatory experience with XML.
• Strong familiarity with database structures and core software development concepts.
• Ability to explain complex technical problems, discuss system capabilities, and propose solutions to stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, time-management, and project-completion skills.

Nice to have

• Business or STEM academic background.
• Knowledge of construction, roofing, or property estimating software.
