Sr. Financial Analyst, Commercial FP&A (Automotive)

What you will do

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for Accessories, Wraps, and Merchandise.
• Maintain revenue, volume, pricing, take-rate, cost, and gross margin assumptions as products and business conditions evolve.
• Analyze performance against forecasts, budgets, and prior periods, identifying price, volume, mix, and cost drivers.
• Maintain forecast inputs in Adaptive Planning and reconcile results with NetSuite, Excel models, and business data.
• Prepare recurring financial reports, variance commentary, management summaries, and KPI dashboards.
• Partner with Accounting and Commercial teams on month-end close, inventory analysis, business cases, and ad hoc financial modeling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5 or more years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, commercial finance, or a related role.
• Experience analyzing revenue, gross margin, costs, inventory, or commercial performance.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance-analysis skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools; experience with Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, or similar systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and data-accuracy skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, consumer products, or retail industries.
• MBA, CFA, or another relevant advanced credential.
