What you will do
- Architect and build a production-grade multi-agent system that operates across ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, calendars, email, analytics, and compliance systems.
- Build and maintain MCP integrations connecting the agentic harness to real business systems.
- Own reliability, observability, permissions, and safe workflow execution for actions involving customer data.
- Define product scope, make architecture and trade-off decisions, and drive delivery with minimal oversight.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and the CTO on ’s AI-native roadmap.
- Evaluate emerging agent frameworks, harness toolkits, MCP standards, and development tools such as Claude Code.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally building B2B SaaS applications.
- Production experience building multi-agent harnesses and MCP integrations, beyond prototypes or personal projects.
- Strong understanding of reliability, observability, permissions, and safe workflow execution.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Node, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and LangGraph, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Experience owning both product and engineering responsibilities, including scoping, decision-making, and risk identification.
- Experience working at an early-stage startup with fewer than 20 engineers in an ambiguous, unstructured environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with supply chain, ERP, CRM, B2B marketplaces, accounting software, or the cannabis industry.
- UX design experience.
- Familiarity with agent evaluation frameworks, agent-to-agent protocols, or other multi-agent orchestration approaches.
- Experience using Claude Code or similar tools to build products independently.
