AI Solutions Engineer

What you will do

• Lead technical audits covering client systems, platforms, integrations, data, access, licensing, costs, and technical constraints.
• Assess APIs, webhooks, exports, data quality, interoperability, and technical feasibility, including proof-of-concept investigations and effort estimates.
• Design, build, test, deploy, support, and optimise AI agents, automations, integrations, internal tools, dashboards, and client portals.
• Build internal AI operating systems, proposal engines, client portals, automation routines, and AI agents.
• Ensure human approval remains in place for client-facing actions, communications, transactions, and other business-critical activities.
• Turn recurring solutions into reusable modules, workflows, integrations, and technical patterns while improving reliability, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications beyond conversational chatbots.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, tool use, retrieval, structured outputs, prompt engineering, context engineering, Claude Code, the Anthropic API, multi-agent orchestration, and MCP connectors.
• Strong full-stack experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, relational databases, Supabase/PostgreSQL, REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and third-party integrations.
• Experience deploying production applications with platforms such as Vercel and maintaining version-controlled production code through Git-based workflows.
• Ability to assess unfamiliar systems, estimate technical effort, address security and governance concerns, and make sound technical decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to participate in client discovery sessions and explain technical recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Notion, Google Workspace, Stripe, Twilio, CRM, POS, or accounting systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Copilot Studio.
• Exposure to n8n, Make, or similar automation platforms.
• Repositories, demos, or production systems demonstrating delivered AI solutions.
