Location: Remote, with a San Francisco hackerhouse setup involving living and building together in San Francisco.

What you will do
- Build and ship AI-powered recruiting product features to production daily.
- Own complete product areas from concept through deployment.
- Develop fully agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
- Work directly with the CTO and founding engineers on product direction and implementation.
- Talk with customers and iterate on the product based on feedback.
- Move rapidly from prototypes toward scalable and high-quality solutions when appropriate.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with TypeScript and React experience.
- Practical experience working with AI and coding with AI tools such as Cursor.
- Ability to take full ownership from concept to deployment.
- Resourceful startup mindset and strong focus on creating value.
- Ability to participate in the San Francisco hackerhouse setup.

- Experience working with LLM APIs.
