Customer Service Department Manager - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Train Team Leads and develop a high-performing, positive customer service environment.
• Manage the daily activities of multiple Customer Service departments.
• Evaluate team procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Review performance reports and recommend ways to increase efficiency.
• Resolve escalated customer issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish.
• At least three years of customer service management experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
• On-site work is required.
