General Manager, Nexo Hotel (Miami)

Location: Miami, Florida, United States; on-site

Salary: USD 80,000–90,000 per year, plus a performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations for the Nexo hotel and supervise guest experience, housekeeping, maintenance, and safety staff.
• Manage guest complaints, front desk operations, local recommendations, and concierge-level service.
• Schedule teams, lead meetings, train employees, and resolve operational challenges.
• Oversee room inspections, turnovers, case management, preventative maintenance, and guest readiness standards.
• Manage labor, payroll, inventory, purchasing, and vendor coordination while optimizing in-house resources.
• Collaborate on hotel programming, including live music, yoga classes, and art exhibits, while maintaining safety protocols.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in hotel operations, property management, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Flexible availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by business needs.
