What you will do

• Review, analyze, research, and process consumer correspondence and requests.
• Communicate with consumers across multiple channels to address inquiries and concerns.
• Resolve escalated and complex consumer issues using critical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Ensure consumer interactions comply with business procedures, regulatory guidelines, and confidentiality requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and support to team members.
• Complete cases independently within regulated timeframes and service-level agreements.

Requirements

• Experience in consumer care, customer service, or account services.
• Strong analytical, research, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
• Experience handling sensitive consumer information confidentially and providing guidance to colleagues.
