TL;DR

Customer Success Associate (LegalTech): Managing day-to-day relationships with corporate and legal clients to provide compliance services and support. Focus on consultative service, order lifecycle management, and driving cross-selling opportunities within a global organization.

Location: Must be based in Madison, WI, USA

Compensation: $34,300 - $57,400 USD

What you will do

  • Deliver prompt and professional service to small businesses, law firms, and corporations.
  • Provide consultative support to identify customer goals and compliance challenges.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the order process and drive cross-selling opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce to organize and prioritize high volumes of customer requests.
  • Resolve customer escalations and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in the department and industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent B2B client service experience.
  • Minimum of two years of B2B client service experience required.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to make sound business decisions and exercise discretion.
  • Must be able to appear onsite in Madison, WI for the recruitment process.

Nice to have

  • Experience in banking, insurance, hospitality, retail, or legal industries.
  • Experience generating add-on sales revenue.
