General Manager, The Code Hotel

Location: On-site in Austin, Texas, United States, with additional travel to sites within the designated area and rotating after-hours on-call coverage.

Annual salary: $85,000–$95,000 plus performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations for hirify.global properties in the designated market and maintain guest readiness and satisfaction.
• Supervise market personnel, including hiring, training, coaching, performance evaluation, and task delegation.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, groundskeeping, contractors, and food and beverage partners.
• Manage relationships with property owners, HOA representatives, and local hospitality and boutique-service partners.
• Resolve guest and homeowner issues and escalations within required timeframes while monitoring resolution quality.
• Build concierge services, activations, value-added services, and local partnerships for the market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hotel management experience, including food and beverage, front desk, and vendor relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience with property management systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Ability to work urgently and effectively under high-pressure conditions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, evenings, and rotating after-hours on-call shifts.
