Senior Product Manager - Communication Systems (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 annually, including bonus and equity

What you will do

• Own backend and operational systems supporting business growth.
• Define requirements with senior engineers for APIs, partner integrations, data flows, internal tools, and workflow automation.
• Translate ambiguous operational problems into specifications, MVPs, tradeoffs, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Improve lead validation, normalization, deduplication, routing, error handling, and integration reliability.
• Reduce manual work, improve data quality, and increase visibility into system health, failures, edge cases, and bottlenecks.
• Partner with Operations and business stakeholders to design scalable solutions and use AI tools extensively for research, documentation, prototyping, analysis, and execution.

Requirements

• Senior product management experience focused on backend, operational, or systems-oriented products.
• Ability to discuss APIs, data flows, system tradeoffs, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Experience translating business and operational problems into clear product specifications and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Product leadership, and business stakeholders.
• Active use of AI tools to accelerate product discovery and execution.
• Must be located within the United States for this remote role.
