Senior Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Ramon, California, United States; hybrid. Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $218,000–$272,500 annually, plus stock plan and benefits.

What you will do

• Define the strategy and roadmap for packaged, custom, inbound, and outbound integrations.
• Own the connector framework, data contracts, Integrations Hub, monitoring, governance, API tiering, rate limits, and commercial guardrails.
• Drive AI interoperability initiatives, including MCP server capabilities and agentic workflow access across data sources.
• Develop the extensibility vision for customer, partner, and internal applications, including the apps marketplace and developer program.
• Align data foundation investments with the broader extensibility platform and coordinate execution across engineering, product, CX, GTM, Finance, and Product Strategy.
• Define pricing, packaging, partner economics, and marketplace monetization for integrations and data products.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 7 years owning platform, API, or developer experience products.
• Experience shipping integration platforms, API products, or developer ecosystems, preferably in B2B SaaS or financial services.
• Strong commercial judgment and experience with packaging, pricing, partnerships, and monetization.
• Ability to work across strategic planning and detailed execution, including connector prioritization, data contract schemas, and API rate limits.
• Track record of aligning multiple engineering teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI/ML product patterns, agentic workflows, MCP, and AI interoperability.
