Compensation: $170,000–$280,000 (OTE) + Equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for AI agents from pre-sale through post-go-live optimization.
• Design, build, and iterate on AI agents in partnership with Forward Deployed Engineers to maximize customer ROI.
• Lead strategic customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for agent-related initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops with customer stakeholders to define use cases, workflows, and success criteria.
• Drive internal feedback loops by working with product and engineering teams to refine platform capabilities.
• Develop and document best-practice playbooks for agent development and deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, Product Management, or Customer Success.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record leading complex technical deployments and managing senior customer relationships.
• Strong systems thinking and hands-on experience building or integrating AI/LLM-based products.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with a bias for action.
• Passion for automation and shaping the future of customer experience technology.
