TL;DR

Staff Product Manager (Enterprise AI): Leading product strategy and execution for AI-powered solutions across GTM and Corporate functions with an accent on intelligent agentic workflows and operational automation. Focus on building scalable AI assistants for sales productivity, customer support efficiency, and corporate function streamlining.

Location: Remote (US). Not eligible to be hired in San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, San Jose, CA, or the surrounding areas.

Salary: $155,520 - $228,700

What you will do

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for Enterprise AI across GTM (Sales, Support, Ops) and Corporate functions (Finance, Legal, HR).
  • Develop AI-powered solutions for sales productivity, including account insights, opportunity management, and automated CRM workflows.
  • Build support automation tools for case deflection, intelligent triage, and agent assistance.
  • Design operational AI tools for Finance, Legal, and HR, such as automated invoice processing and contract review.
  • Leverage multi-agent architecture, knowledge retrieval, and LLM-powered reasoning to build production-grade products.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and business leaders to measure productivity gains and drive product adoption.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience at fast-paced technology companies.
  • 3+ years experience in GTM or Corporate functions (Sales, Support, Finance, Legal, HR).
  • Deep domain knowledge in at least two areas: CRM, help desk platforms, ERP systems, or HCM systems.
  • Strong technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, agentic systems, and conversational AI.
  • Proficiency with SQL for independent data analysis and decision-making.
  • Must be based in the US (excluding the San Francisco Bay Area).

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-powered sales/support tools or legal tech platforms.
  • Knowledge of enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Zendesk, Workday, and NetSuite.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDPICC) or support best practices (ITIL).
  • Background in building internal productivity platforms or recommendation systems.
