Warehouse Supervisor

Location: On-site at the Toronto Branch, 3333 James Snow Parkway North, Milton, Ontario, Canada.

Salary: CAD $35–$42 per hour, depending on shift and experience. Day shift: $35–$40/hour; overnight shift: $37–$42/hour.

What you will do

• Lead daily warehouse operations through an 18-month hands-on rotational program.
• Coach and develop teams across inbound, outbound, and operational support functions.
• Drive accuracy, safety, productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Build leadership skills through operational experience and warehouse equipment certifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience managing 10 or more people in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to train and develop employees while promoting accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
