What you will do
- Supervise flex drivers and assigned flex routes within a station.
- Manage day-to-day flex delivery operations.
- Oversee flex functions and support safe, efficient package delivery.
- Ensure administrative processes comply with operational policies and procedures.
- Support the Safety Above All culture and complete required training and accreditations.
Requirements
- College diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of or relevant industry experience.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Word and Excel.
- Solid knowledge of operations systems and applications.
- Successful completion of defensive driver training required.
