Focus on building qualified candidate pools, coordinating hiring workflows, and improving recruiting procedures and strategies.

What you will do
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and review or develop job descriptions.
- Identify recruiting channels, expand candidate sources, and create recruitment advertisements.
- Source, assess, and interview candidates, then connect qualified applicants with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate communication throughout the application and hiring process.
- Coordinate onboarding with HR and IT departments.
- Represent the company at job fairs and industry conferences while providing recruiting insights to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of related HR experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent professional communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and make decisions effectively.
- Must be based at the East Windsor, New Jersey office.
