Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: Brazil; remote. At least 4 hours of overlap with PST business hours is required, with most collaboration between 7am and 12pm PST.

Salary: $153,000–$172,000 estimated US base salary annually; compensation is adjusted for geographies outside the United States. The role may also be eligible for equity.

What you will do

• Build a high-velocity recruiting engine to identify and hire exceptional talent.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple roles and teams.
• Develop sourcing strategies and personalized outreach for hard-to-fill positions.
• Create positive candidate experiences throughout the recruiting process.
• Analyze recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data to improve hiring strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers through regular updates, calibration, and search optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth, US-headquartered technology startups.
• Experience hiring hard-to-fill roles and using sourcing tools, market research, and personalized outreach.
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data.
• Strong communication, persistence, adaptability, and results-oriented execution.
• Ability to work remotely from Brazil with at least 4 hours of PST business-hours overlap.
• Applied AI fluency is evaluated during the interview process.
