Recruitment Intern (Talent Acquisition)

What you will do

• Support candidate sourcing, initial screening, and the overall recruitment process.
• Coordinate phone screens and virtual or on-site interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Post job openings in the Applicant Tracking System and on LinkedIn.
• Maintain job descriptions, candidate communications, and confidential HR data.
• Assist with employee development, internal communication, and other HR projects.
• Support participation in job fairs and recruiting events.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or People Operations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
• Comfort using basic digital tools, including Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
