Safety Manager

Location: Milton, Ontario, Canada — Toronto Branch, 3333 James Snow Parkway North

Pay: CAD 120,000–150,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage and execute safety programs, policies, and procedures for the Toronto branch.
• Collaborate with management to establish safety goals and maintain compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
• Drive continuous safety improvements, review incident reports, and conduct warehouse safety audits.
• Lead and develop a team of Safety Coordinators implementing safety initiatives.
• Partner with Human Resources on workers’ compensation claims.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of warehouse safety program management experience.
• Certifications in First Aid, Material Handling Equipment, and Joint Health and Safety Committee.
• Experience with provincial-level OHS programs is preferred.
• Workers’ compensation and Environmental Health and Safety experience is a plus.
