What you will do

• Direct daily food production and special events for two boarding houses.
• Oversee kitchen operations, including ordering, inventory, and food cost control.
• Develop menus and ensure culinary excellence and consistency.
• Supervise kitchen staff and maintain high standards of sanitation.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards and internal audits.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in international cuisine.
• Strong understanding of dietary requirements for high school students.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and professionalism.
