Location: Hybrid, with flexibility for candidates located near Panasonic PTS locations across the United States; Irvine, California headquarters location. Approximately 30% domestic or international travel is required. Valid authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
Salary: $89,000–$149,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonuses and incentives.

What you will do
- Design, develop, maintain, and audit global technical curriculum for classroom, online, video, and self-paced delivery.
- Work with subject matter experts to create technically accurate course modules, instructional materials, tests, exams, and learning assessments.
- Deliver technical training, laboratory exercises, practical demonstrations, and examinations for Panasonic Avionics systems and products.
- Provide field engineering support, technical guidance, and troubleshooting assistance for system, hardware, and software issues.
- Lead work groups focused on curriculum, training, and quality process improvement.
- Train junior instructors and act as a liaison with teams developing and integrating next-generation in-flight entertainment systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing technical curriculum in a corporate environment.
- Technical knowledge of in-flight entertainment systems, aviation maintenance practices, avionics, and related components.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix commands, file systems, TCP/IP networks, troubleshooting, wiring diagrams, and electronic test equipment.
- Experience with learning management system administration, e-learning technologies, adult learning concepts, and varied training methodologies.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools and large language models to create and evaluate digital learning content, including prompt engineering.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional presentation and instruction abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio.
Nice to have
- College degree.
- Experience with aircraft maintenance, avionics, engineering, information technology, electronics, or audio/video production.
- Knowledge of global civil aviation regulations, FAA, CAA, ATA requirements, and aviation technical publication standards.
- Network, software, system development, or integration experience.
