What you will do

• Develop and deliver in-person and remote technical training for manufacturing and system procedures.
• Partner with SMEs to convert complex technical content into structured training packages aligned with adult learning principles.
• Create system-level training covering architecture, functional operation, and hardware/software interfaces.
• Support new hire onboarding, New Product Introduction (NPI), and career development for manufacturing employees.
• Collaborate with Technical Writers to verify procedure accuracy, safety, and compliance.
• Identify and modernize legacy or incomplete training content.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Jose, CA
• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Technical background in the semiconductor or technical manufacturing field.
• Proven ability to design and write technical curriculum and instructional materials.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms.
