Senior Technical Curriculum Development Lead (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: US - CA - San Jose

Salary: $113,000–$144,000 per year, plus a bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end curriculum development, including needs assessment, competency mapping, learning-path design, content creation, pilot delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations, and subject matter experts to convert complex technical concepts into role-based training.
• Build curricula covering manufacturing processes, semiconductor equipment, system architecture, and hardware-software interactions.
• Develop onboarding, new product introduction, cross-training, certification, and career development programs.
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, skills validation, learner feedback, and business performance indicators.
• Modernize legacy content and maintain scalable learning assets, LMS content, documentation, and curriculum governance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Education, Instructional Design, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with a master’s degree.
• Experience developing technical training programs in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial equipment, or a comparable technical environment.
• Experience designing and implementing curriculum, certification, or workforce development programs.
• Experience delivering instructor-led technical training to manufacturing, engineering, or field service audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, learning management systems, and digital content development tools.
