Senior Software Engineer (Python/Flask + React)

Location: Remote within Latin America; listed location: Masaya, Nicaragua

What you will do

• Architect, test, and ship end-to-end full-stack applications for complex financial reporting and data visualization.
• Build complex, service-oriented server logic and scalable interactive web applications.
• Refactor existing software to improve maintainability and performance using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with product managers and data engineering teams to extract, parse, and serve private asset analytics safely.
• Deliver high-quality software solutions with a direct impact on client businesses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Python and backend frameworks including Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• Experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript and ReactJS.
• Strong experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, data storage systems, and advanced data-access models.
• Ability to work remotely from Latin America.
