Senior Full Stack Developer (Python/React)

Location: Brazil; remote home-office workplace.

What you will do

• Design and build scalable backend services and modern React web interfaces for complex enterprise workflows and integrations.
• Develop resilient, fault-tolerant systems with asynchronous processing, retries, idempotency, and failure recovery.
• Build Python services, REST APIs through API Gateway, durable workflows with Temporal, and PostgreSQL data solutions.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities with AWS Bedrock and implement monitoring and observability with OpenTelemetry, Fluent Bit, and Grafana.
• Develop reusable UI components, contribute to the design system, document components with Storybook, and write unit, component, and end-to-end frontend tests.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, CI/CD with Terraform and GitHub Actions, production support, and developer mentoring.

Requirements

• Production-level Python backend development and experience building REST APIs and API Gateway integrations.
• React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, responsive design, frontend testing, and Storybook or design system experience.
• Docker, PostgreSQL, Terraform, Git-based workflows, event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, and Temporal.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, resilience patterns, OAuth, OIDC, SSO, RBAC, and production troubleshooting.
• Advanced English required.

Nice to have

• AWS Bedrock and AI/ML integration experience in production.
• Fluent Bit, enterprise SSO and identity provider integrations, multi-tenant SaaS architecture, or platform engineering experience.
