What you will do

• Execute client retention and revenue growth strategies for enterprise accounts.
• Identify opportunities to implement artificial intelligence software solutions across customer organizations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support customer satisfaction.
• Develop project plans and track progress against milestones.
• Manage executive-level communications and presentations.
• Build trusted relationships with key client contacts.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of customer- or prospect-facing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Independent, proactive problem-solving approach.
• Effective communication and presentation skills across varied audiences.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand the broader project picture.
• Willingness to travel for client work up to 50% of the time, or 10–12 business days per month.
