What you will do
- Support digital and AI-driven transformation projects for global clients.
- Analyze and structure complex IT and business problems into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and create clear presentations and deliverables.
- Apply and deepen AI fluency and hands-on experience with AI tools.
- Contribute to scalable architectures, platforms, and IT solutions.
- Travel approximately 50% to client sites as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT, consulting, or project management.
- Fluent in both Polish and English (spoken and written).
- Higher education in IT, engineering, business, or related field.
- Basic understanding of IT architectures, software development, or enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical mindset and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-sufficient, and willing to travel (~50%).

- Initial hands-on experience working with AI tools and eagerness to deepen AI fluency.
