Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote (USA); candidates should be based in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zone, or an equivalent UTC-5 offset such as Colombia, Peru, or Ecuador, to enable real-time team overlap.

What you will do

• Design, build, and ship customer-facing features across the TypeScript and Node.js stack.
• Write clean, well-tested code and maintain a high-quality codebase.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues in partnership with the Solutions & Success team.
• Turn recurring customer pain points into durable product improvements.
• Contribute through thoughtful code reviews and attention to implementation details.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend and/or full-stack fundamentals with TypeScript and Node.js required.
• Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Bias toward action and genuine care for the people using the product.
• Availability in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zone, or an equivalent offset, for real-time overlap with the team.

Nice to have

• Startup experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI and its impact on creative workflows.
