Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York, NY; onsite five days per week in the NYC office

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 base annually, plus equity, bonus, and an additional bonus of up to 20% of annual salary.

What you will do

• Work with engineering to build new products based on direct merchant integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
• Improve CardSwitcher funnels through UX enhancements and deep personalization.
• Develop AI-native validation and code-healing systems for data retrieval, parsing, and storage.
• Shape transaction data, rewards marketplace, PLG, developer-experience, and enterprise features.
• Speak with customers regularly to support integrations, understand needs, and influence the product roadmap.
• Partner closely with engineering, automate mundane work, and maintain a high execution pace.

Requirements

• 2–8 years of experience working at a startup.
• Daily use of multiple AI tools and frequent experimentation with new AI tools.
• Strong intellectual ability, product judgment, resilience, and drive in a high-stakes environment.
• Hands-on execution style with close attention to details and edge cases.
• Technical fluency through an engineering, computer science, or comparable background.
• Ability to work five days per week from the New York City office.
