Senior Product Manager (AI)

Compensation: $180,000–$230,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead product development across private-pay and revenue cycle management workflows.
• Build intelligent automation for financial viability assessment, billing, invoice anomaly detection, collections, and insurance claims.
• Translate complex structured and unstructured data into reliable operator-facing intelligence and decision support.
• Develop and ship AI- and LLM-powered product features across a connected resident revenue journey.
• Lead small cross-functional teams and collaborate with executive leadership, billers, and support staff.
• Connect product decisions to customer outcomes, gross-margin impact, usability, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a technical or analytical field such as computer science, engineering, information systems, analytics, mathematics, physics, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of product management or adjacent product-building experience.
• Technical background, systems thinking, strong customer empathy, design thinking, and a record of shipping products.
• Hands-on fluency with LLM concepts including prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Experience with AI research and tools, model releases, memory and context windows, open-source LLMs, and modern prototyping tools including Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code, Figma, and Git.
• Fluency in data and experimentation, excellent communication and storytelling skills, and the ability to lead teams with urgency and ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with fintech, health-tech, B2B SaaS, senior living, payments infrastructure, or revenue cycle management.
• Experience launching LLM-powered features in production.
• Experience conducting customer interviews or usability tests.
• Understanding of front-end concepts such as components, states, and APIs.
