Marketing Design Team Lead (AI)

hirify.global is a global IT marketing company delivering scalable, data-informed customer acquisition solutions for B2C clients, primarily large North American partners.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of AI-driven Creative Designers from 3 to 6 people.
• Own task distribution, capacity planning, production flow, and quality control.
• Set creative direction for concepts, hooks, visual angles, and performance marketing campaigns.
• Build creative testing loops, analyze winners and failures, and turn performance data into new iterations.
• Track AI models and tools, run R&D, and develop prompt and style libraries.
• Partner with the Generative AI Pipeline Engineer and cross-functional teams to improve workflows, automation, deadlines, and creative delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading creative or design teams in digital marketing.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, project management, quality control, and deadline management skills.
• Strong visual craft in composition, lighting, color, typography, and anatomy.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to connect AI outputs to traditional design pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI image platforms such as Figma Weave, Higgsfield, Magnific, Runway, or similar, including creating photorealistic visuals and correcting artifacts.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, plus a strong understanding of static ad creatives and performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and conversion rate.

Nice to have

• Portfolio of performance marketing creatives and AI-generated photorealistic work with measurable results.
• Experience creating creatives for high-CPA verticals such as home improvement, insurance, health, legal, or finance.
• Experience creating visuals for North American audiences.
• Understanding of how static visuals feed video production pipelines.
