Senior Marketing Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Own organic social media across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X, including copywriting, filming, editing, and publishing.
• Plan and execute promotion cycles for webinars, panels, and community events from pre-event campaigns through post-event follow-up.
• Manage email and CRM workflows in Brevo and HubSpot, including segmentation and automated sequences.
• Create blogs, case studies, whitepapers, social campaigns, and multimedia marketing assets.
• Use AI tools for copywriting, video editing, visual design, and workflow acceleration.
• Track channel performance, collaborate with designers and internal teams, and tailor campaigns to client industries.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience owning and operating organic social media channels, including writing, video editing, and publishing.
• Working experience with Brevo or a comparable email service provider, Luma or a comparable event platform, and HubSpot.
• Experience promoting live events or webinars through planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Experience using AI tools for copywriting, video editing, and content production, including writing skill files for workflows.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. market, B2B services marketing, and performance analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal English is required. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
