Marketing Operations & AI Automation Coordinator (AI)

hirify.global is rebuilding home finance as an AI-native platform, combining large-scale mortgage lending with proprietary AI tools and digital workflows.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain automated marketing workflows, including Airtable-driven content publishing to Duda.
• Connect marketing tools through Zapier or n8n and reduce manual handoffs across campaigns and workflows.
• Set up scalable Canva asset production and support internal marketing tools and dashboards using GitHub, Supabase, Vercel, and AI assistants.
• Monitor campaign and website performance in Google Analytics and prepare adoption reports, dashboards, trackers, and activity summaries.
• Produce and schedule social, email, presentation, recruiting, advisor, and partner marketing materials using approved templates.
• Maintain asset libraries, proof libraries, content calendars, onboarding materials, and campaign versions while performing detailed QA reviews.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related field, with hands-on automation and AI experience.
• Practical experience building and running Airtable, Zapier or n8n, and Canva automations.
• Comfort working with GitHub, Supabase, Vercel, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, Codex, and other AI coding or assistant tools.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Google Analytics, Canva, PowerPoint, Google Drive or SharePoint, social scheduling platforms, email marketing tools, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong English reading and writing comprehension, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to follow SOPs and manage repetitive work accurately.
• Comfort collaborating with U.S.-based teams and familiarity with workflow automation, SEO/AEO/GEO, and marketing operations.

• Experience in mortgage, financial services, real estate, or another regulated industry.
• Experience supporting marketing teams in scaling or fast-changing environments.
• Basic video editing or subtitle formatting experience.
• Experience with webinar, event, advisor onboarding, or recruiting workflows.
